Please be aware that free delivery is only applicable when specifically stated as part of special offers or promotional programmers.
Please take aware of the following shipping policies:
To assist us in shipping your order, a complete postal address—including the pin code, email address, and phone number—is required. Please double-check your phone number and pin code before completing your transaction.
Within three working days, if the item is in stock, it will be packaged and shipped from our warehouse.
On the other hand, we will make any ordered products that are not in stock and ship them out within 10 business days of the order being placed. In such cases, you will receive updates from us.
The shipment can be delivered to you by our courier partners from Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days. Weather and strikes, among other uncontrollable events, may cause our courier partners and carriers to experience unexpected travel delays, affecting delivery times.
