All orders are subject to stock availability. We strive to maintain accurate inventory on our website, but from time to time, discrepancies may occur. If any item in your order is unavailable at the time of fulfillment, we will ship the available items and contact you about whether you’d prefer to:

  • Wait for the backordered item to be restocked, or

  • Receive a refund for the unavailable item.

Shipping Costs

Domestic Shipping (India)

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on product weight, size, and destination. The total shipping cost will be shown before payment and is final.

International Shipping

International shipping costs are also calculated at checkout. Once the order is placed, it cannot be canceled after dispatch.
Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country.

  • If customs charges are not paid and the package is returned or held, Channaram’s will not be liable to issue a refund.

Delivery Terms

Transit Time

  • Domestic Orders: Typically delivered within 5–7 business days.
  • International Orders: Usually delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.

Dispatch Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Our fulfillment center operates Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays. We make every effort to minimize delays.

Change of Delivery Address

You may request a change in the delivery address before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, the delivery address cannot be modified.

Out of Stock Items

If a product is out of stock, it will be removed from your order and refunded. Remaining items will be shipped as normal.

Delivery Delays

If your order exceeds the expected delivery window, please contact our support team for assistance. We’ll initiate a shipping carrier investigation if required.

Tracking Notifications

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real-time through the courier’s tracking portal.

Damaged Parcels

If you receive a parcel that appears damaged:

    • If possible, reject it at the time of delivery and notify our support team immediately.

    • If accepted or delivered without your presence, please reach out to us within 24 hours with photos of the package and contents.

Duties & Taxes
