National Delivery Orders
- Order Cancellation:
Cancellations are allowed only before the order is dispatched from our warehouse. In such cases, a full refund will be issued. - Refund Timeline:
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. - Post-Dispatch Orders:
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. - How to Cancel:

Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 days of delivery.

- Invoice image
- Clear photo of the outer packaging
- Two clear photos of the damaged product(s)
- Important:
If your package contains multiple items, only the damaged item(s) will be eligible for replacement.
We will work closely with you to resolve the issue and dispatch a replacement promptly. Emails are typically responded to within 24–48 hours, after which full support will be provided until resolution.
Missing Items
If any item is missing from your package, please inform us within 5 days of delivery.

- Two clear photos of the opened package, showing all received items
While we do not issue refunds for missing items, we will be happy to ship the missing products at no additional cost.
